中文摘要: 电网企业终端设备繁多、业务流程多变以及数据处理时效性需求高。为提高终端业务流程管理效能,本文提出一种基于全局与局部的终端复杂业务行为链路构建及分析方法,旨在深入理解终端业务流程的行为规范和性能,并提出相应的调整与优化方案。系统首先搭建一个基于B/S架构的URL采集器,抓取某区域电网业务终端设备的业务操作记录,并通过UR分词和访问时间戳挖掘,构建每个终端业务行为时序链路。其次,采用全局和局部业务频度分析方法,挖掘关键业务环节和潜在业务瓶颈的态势感知模型,并对潜在业务瓶颈态势,提出相应的调整与优化方案。最后,通过采集长时间的真实数据,验证该方法具有很好的可行性和有效性,不仅能够有效降低电网运营成本、提高资源利用效率,还能提升用户体验、确保电网运行的安全稳定,为电网企业提供有效的业务管理工具和决策支持。
Abstract:The power grid companies have a multitude of terminal devices,variable business processes,and high demands for the timeliness of data processing, To enhance the efficiency of terminal business process management, this paper proposes a method for constructing and analyzing complex terminal business behavior chains based on global and local perspectives, aiming to deeply understand the behavioral norms and performances of terminal business processes, and put forward corresponding adjustment and optimization schemes. Firstly, the system builds a URL collector based on the B/S architecture to capture the business behavior records of terminal devices in a certain power grid area, and constructs the temporal sequence chain of each terminal business behavior through UR segmentation and access timestamp mining. Secondly, a global and local business frequency analysis method is used to mine the situational awareness model of key business links and potential business bottlenecks, and corresponding adjustment and optimization plans are proposed for potential business bottleneck situations. Finally, tby collecting real data over a long period, the method is verified to be feasible and effective. It can not only effectively reduce the operating cost of the grid, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, but also enhance the user experience, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, and provide effective business management tool and decision support for power grid enterprises..
