中文摘要: 本文旨在深入分析过程层GOOSE、SV采用“网采网跳”结构,且在同一网络上进行数据传输的智能变电站,在保护测控装置定检校验、调试检修工作时,出现保护、测控装置收不到智能终端上送的开关设备位置状态数据等异常现象的原因,提出两种解决方案,并进行了性价比比对分析,研究设计了一种“GOOSE、SV共网的保护测控装置调试校验工作专用网络系统”。通过在保护测控装置定检校验、调试检修工作时临时将所检设备间隔过程层网络调整成专用网络系统,彻底解决定检校验、调试检修工作时开关设备位置的数据不能上送至保护、测控装置的问题。在保护传动或者调度主站、后台监控机遥控时,不用每传动或者遥控一次都跑到现场去判断开关设备位置,大大节省校验调试检修工作和一次设备停电时间,提高电网供电的可靠性,降低对社会的不良影响。
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process layer GOOSE, SV adopts the "network acquisition network trip" structure, and the intelligent substation that carries out data transmission on the same network. The reasons why the protection and measurement devices can not receive the position data of the switching devices on the intelligent terminals and other abnormal phenomena have emerged. The reason is that two solutions are put forward, and the cost performance ratio is compared and analyzed. A special network system for protection measurement and control device debugging and calibration of GOOSE and SV common network is designed.By temporarily adjusting the network of the interval process layer of the equipment under inspection into a dedicated network system during the calibration, verification and overhaul work of the protective monitoring and control device, To solve the problem that the data of the position of the switch equipment can not be sent to the protection and control device during checking and checking and debugging. When protecting the main transmission or dispatching the remote control of the main station and the backstage monitoring and control machine, it is not necessary to go to the scene to determine the position of the switch equipment once for each transmission or remote control, which greatly saves the verification and adjustment of the maintenance work and the time of a power outage of the equipment, and improves the reliability of the power supply of the grid. Reduce the negative impact on society.
