中文摘要: 在35kV及以下电压等级电网的母线正逐步应用弧光保护。为了提高可靠性,六盘水供电局某些变电站应用弧光保护时就采用“电弧光和电源二次电流”双判据、并为每段母线配置一套弧光保护装置的方案。但这种方案存在死区问题,即当一台变压器带35kV或10kV两段母线负荷并列运行时,若Ⅱ段母线上发生故障,Ⅰ段母线弧光保护将因检测不到弧光而不能动作,Ⅱ段母线弧光保护将因检测不到电流而不能动作,Ⅰ段母线故障时存在同样问题。本文对该问题展开分析,论述了“电流或逻辑”的解决方案,即弧光保护装置同时采集进线电源断路器与分段断路器的电流互感器的二次电流,只要有任意一个电流满足弧光保护电流判据时电弧光也满足要求,弧光保护即可动作。

Abstract:Electric arc protection is gradually applied to buses in voltage levels of 35kV and below. In order to improve the reliability, some substations in Liupanshui Power Supply Bureau adopt the double criterion of "arc light and secondary current of power supply" and the scheme of installing an arc light protection device for each bus bar. However, there is a dead-time problem in this scheme, when a transformer runs with 35kV or 10kV busbar loads in parallel, if the fault occurs on the second busbar, the arc protection of the first busbar can not operate because the arc light can not be detected, the arc protection of the second busbar can not operate because the current can not be detected, and the fault of the first busbar exists. The same problem. This paper analyzes the problem and discusses the solution of "current or logic". The arc protection device collects the secondary current of the current transformer of the incoming power supply circuit breaker and the sectional circuit breaker at the same time. As long as any current meets the arc protection current criterion, the arc light also meets the requirements, the arc light protection can move.
