中文摘要: 褐煤,又名柴煤,是煤化程度最低的矿产煤,一种介于泥炭与沥青煤之间的棕黑色、无光泽的低级煤。化学反应性强,在空气中容易风化,不易储存和运输,燃烧时对空气污染严重。为了研究褐煤在300MW循环流化床锅炉(设计煤种福建无烟煤)上的燃烧特性,对褐煤与无烟煤的不同配比掺烧方式进行了性能试验,通过试验表明:随着掺烧褐煤比例增大,锅炉总体效率随之提高,全烧褐煤时效率最高;随着掺烧褐煤比例的提高,无烟煤本身的燃烧效率会降低;在掺烧工况下,无烟煤与褐煤的掺烧比例为3:7时综合效益最高;随着褐煤掺烧比例增大,NOx也会有一定幅度提高,在全烧褐煤的情况下,合理控制氧量,NOx排放能控制在200 mg/Nm3以下;燃用灰分低于9%的褐煤时会发生翻床现象,需掺配其他煤种。

Abstract:Lignite, also known as Chai coal, is the lowest coal rank coal, a brown, black and luster low grade coal between peat and bituminous coal. Chemical reactivity is strong, easy to weathering in the air, not easy to store and transport, and air pollution is serious when burning.To study the burning characteristic of lignite coal in 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler, performance tests are conducted on mix-burning of lignite and anthracite with different proportions. Tests indicate that: with increasing proportion of lignite, overall efficiency of the boiler increases, but burning efficiency of anthracite itself decreases. Under mix-burning, the highest comprehensive benefit will be achieved in a proportion of 3:7 (anthracite: lignite). With increasing proportion of lignite, there is also certain increase of NOx; when under pure burning of lignite, emission of NOx can be controlled below 200 mg/Nm3 with reasonable control of oxygen; bed-overturn phenomenon occurs when lignite with ash content below 9% is burned, thus blending of other types of coals is needed.
