中文摘要: 随着国家对环境保护的重视,加强了重点排污企业环保监管,火电厂大气污染物排放限值越来越严格,为保证机组实现达标排放,在役机组通过技术改造实现降低SO2和NOx排放,以满足国家污染物排放要求。本文对某电厂两台循环流化床锅炉在不建设炉外脱硫装置的情况下,通过对锅炉燃烧情况进行分析,从如何降低锅炉运行床温和提高脱硫剂的使用效率两个方面出发,提出解决问题的思路;通过对锅炉石灰石系统和电除尘飞灰输送系统进行了改造,采用再利用技术提高炉内脱硫剂的利用率,同时改善了锅炉的燃烧工况,更有利于抑制SO2和NOx等污染物的生成。本文对锅炉改造前后的情况进行了对比分析,通过试验数据从锅炉运行的安全性、经济性、钙硫比、热效率、污染物排放等指标方面进行详细论述。
Abstract:With more attention paid to environmental protection,the environmental protection supervision of key pollutant discharge enterprises has been strengthened,constraints on emission limits of air pollutants from thermal power plant become increasingly strict. To assure the up-to-standard release, technological transformations have been made to lower the emission of SO2 and NOx. In this article, To meet the national pollutant discharge requirements.In this article, two circulating fluidized bed boilers in ** Power Plant, Without the construction of an off-furnace desulfurization device, the analysis of the combustion of the boiler will start from two aspects: how to reduce the operating temperature of the boiler and improve the use efficiency of the desulfurizer,Proposed the idea of solving the problem.Through the reformation of the boiler limestone system and the electrostatic dust removal fly ash conveying system, the reuse technology was used to increase the utilization of the desulfurizer in the furnace. At the same time, the combustion conditions of the boiler are improved to inhibit the generation of pollutants such as SO2 and NOx.This article compares and analyzes the situation before and after the boiler transformation,Through the test data from the boiler operation safety, economical, calcium-sulfur ratio, thermal efficiency, pollutant emissions and other indicators in detail.
