中文摘要: 爪哇1号机组为一台我国产的1050MW超超临界直流锅炉,自投产以来,给水采用弱氧化性全挥发处理,锅炉差压上升过快,给水、疏水析出的铁量较高,水冷壁管结垢速率偏大,每个再生周期内精处理混床处理冷凝水量偏少等诸多问题,通过对锅炉给水由弱氧化性全挥发处理转换为加氧处理技术的应用研究,通过对给水在不同加氧量、pH值下铁腐蚀产物析出量的变化,在控制省煤器入口氧量为20~60μg/L,给水pH至8.7~9.0,明显抑制了给水系统和疏水系统的腐蚀,给水腐蚀产物铁析出量降低65.2%,高加疏水腐蚀产物铁析出量降低84.4%,低加疏水铁析出量降低82.0%;单台精处理混床连续运行时间由不到一周,延长到30天左右,每周期处理凝结水量由8-13万吨延长到30万吨以上,直接经济效益达200.5万元/年,年减少废水排放量37600吨,获得了较好的技术经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:Since the commissioning of the 1050MW ultra supercritical once through boiler for Unit 1 in Java, the feedwater has been treated with weak oxidation full volatilization, resulting in a rapid increase in boiler differential pressure, high iron precipitation in the feedwater and drainage, high scaling rate in the water-cooled wall tubes, and insufficient condensation water in the fine treatment mixed bed treatment during each regeneration cycle. Through the application research of the technology of converting the boiler feedwater from weak oxidation full volatilization treatment to oxygenation treatment, the variation of iron corrosion product precipitation in the feedwater under different oxygen addition and pH values was studied. By controlling the oxygen amount at the inlet of the economizer to 20-60 μ g/L and the feedwater pH to 8.7-9, the corrosion of the feedwater system and drainage system was significantly inhibited, and the iron precipitation of the feedwater corrosion product was reduced by 65.2%. The amount of iron precipitation in the hydrophobic corrosion product of the high-pressure reactor decreased by 84.4%, while the amount of iron precipitation in the hydrophobic reactor decreased by 82.0%; The continuous operation time of a single precision treatment mixed bed has been extended from less than a week to about 30 days, and the amount of condensate treated per cycle has been extended from 80000 to 130000 tons to over 300000 tons. The direct economic benefits have reached 2.005 million yuan/year, and the annual reduction of wastewater discharge has been 37600 tons, achieving good technical, economic, and social benefits.
