中文摘要: 近年来,电动汽大规模接入电网带来了巨大的调峰压力。车网互动技术(V2G)可将电动汽车视为可移动的储能装置,实现与电网的双向互动,对于促进可再生能源消纳、提高电网调节能力、构建新型电力系统具有重大作用。本文提出了聚合商参与V2G的交易模式,并介绍了支持V2G实现所需技术,建立了电网-聚合商-用户三级协同互动体系。针对聚合商的运营特点,建立日内聚合商实时响应优化模型。同时考虑到电动汽车充放电特性及电网约束,提出聚合商的日内调度策略,并对不同时段发布的调度方案进行优化。以某一居住区电动汽车聚合商为例,算例模拟了一天中电动汽车充放电情况,并对比了电动汽车参与V2G前后台区负载率,结果表明V2G可以降低高峰期负载率,并增加聚合商放电收益。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the number of electric vehicles, the integration of large-scale electric vehicles has also brought peak shaving pressure to the power grid. V2G technology, by treating electric vehicles as movable energy storage devices, achieves bidirectional interaction with the power grid, which is of great significance for promoting the consumption of renewable energy、improving the regulation capacity of the power grid and building a new type of power system. This article proposes a transaction model for aggregators to participate in V2G and constructs a three-level collaborative interaction system of Grid-Aggregator-Users based on operational characteristics. The supporting technologies are introduced required to V2G. Considering the charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles and grid constraints, a real-time response optimization model for intraday aggregators is established for the scheduling strategy of electric vehicles. Taking the electric vehicle aggregator in residential areas as an example, the charging and discharging situation of electric vehicles during a day is simulated, and the load rates before and after V2G are compared. The results show that V2G can reduce the peak load rate and increase the discharge revenue of aggregators.
