中文摘要: 为了在IEC61850标准下,实现多间隔的四遥功能及联锁与程序化操作功能、实现集中式测量与控制、实现跨间隔信息的共享、方便跨间隔五防联锁和程序化操作等问题,本文在现有的智能变电站技术基础上,提出了一种新型集中式站域测控装置设计方案。在该方案基础上,为了解决如何保证和提高集中式站域测控运行的可靠性,本文又提出了一种集中式站域测控装置的冗余配置方案和面向间隔的切换的方式,解决了在主备切换时扩大间隔的问题。该方法通过仅比较冗余组内两个间隔运行状况,可以分析判断出运行状况上的优劣,明确当前间隔的主设备,有效解决在切换时出现死锁的问题,准确切换故障间隔,把切换扰动降为最小,缩短切换时间。数据同步机制也保证了在主备间隔切换后,数据的完整和一致性,做到数据不丢失不误发。

Abstract:In order to realize the multi-interval four-remote function and the interlocking and program operation functions under the IEC61850 standard, realize centralized measurement and control, realize the sharing of the inter-spacing information, and facilitate the problems of inter-interval five-proof interlocking and program operation. Based on the existing intelligent substation technology, this paper proposes a new centralized station-based measurement and control device design. On the basis of this scheme, in order to solve the problem of how to ensure and improve the reliability of the centralized station domain measurement and control operation, this paper proposes a redundant configuration scheme of centralized station area measurement and control device and a mode of interval-oriented handover, which solves The problem of widening the interval between active and standby switching. By comparing only the two interval operating conditions in the redundancy group, the method can analyze and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the running status, clarify the main device at the current interval, effectively solve the problem of deadlock when switching, and accurately switch the fault interval. Switching disturbances are minimized and switching time is reduced. The data synchronization mechanism also ensures the integrity and consistency of the data after the master-slave interval switch, so that the data is not lost and not sent.
