中文摘要: 随着近年来水轮机调节系统一次调频功能的完善和普及,电网对水力发电机组的一次调频功能要求也在提高,为保证电网安全稳定,就需要一次调频功能各项指标都应满足相关要求。分析影响水轮机调节系统一次调频功能的相关因素,通过测试和对比分析水轮机调节系统在开度模式和功率模式下的一次调频调节特性,找出各自的优势和不足,并进行相应优化。通过对功率模式下的一次调频调节特性进行优化,测得功率模式下的一次调频调节性能更优于开度模式,更有利于电网期待的目标值的实现。现场试验时同时得出,功率模式下的一次调频调节特性虽然有很大优势,能够最大限度的满足电网要求,但也有不可或略的缺点,那就是有功功率波动较大,还需要在以后的工作实践中进行探索、优化和改进。
Abstract:With the improvement and popularization of the primary frequency regulation function of the hydraulic turbine regulation system in recent years, the requirements of the primary frequency modulation function of the hydropower generating unit are also improved. To ensure the safety and stability of the power grid, all the indicators of the primary frequency modulation function should meet the relevant requirements. The factors affecting the primary frequency regulation function of the hydraulic turbine governing system are analyzed. The primary frequency regulation characteristics of the hydraulic turbine governing system in the opening mode and the power mode are analyzed and compared to find out their respective advantages and disadvantages, and corresponding optimization is carried out. By optimizing the primary frequency modulation characteristics in the power mode, the primary frequency modulation performance in the power mode is better than the opening mode, which is more conducive to the realization of the target value expected by the power grid. At the same time, the field test shows that although the primary frequency regulation characteristic in the power mode has great advantages, it can meet the grid requirements to the maximum extent, but there are also some inconveniences, that is, the active power fluctuation is large, and it needs to be in the future. Explore, optimize, and improve in work practice.
