中文摘要: 本文利用SPSS软件,对基层供电企业海量数据进行深入挖掘分析。利用相关性分析法、主成分提取法以及综合聚类法对指标数据进行降维,并构建针对基层供电企业的综合评价指标体系;然后利用基于德尔菲法的改进层次分析法和专家经验确定指标权重,并根据各企业实际运营情况,构建各项指标的差异化权重,进而实现对基层供电企业的差异化综合评价和打分。通过对基层供电企业纵向、横向的比较,针对性定位各企业经营和电网发展的薄弱环节,提出企业投资策略和建设重点。通过在山西电网的实证应用,将98个基层供电企业分成5类,并对各企业进行综合评估,提出针对性提升建议,充分证明本方法在理论和实际应用层面的价值,在对基层供电企业开展综合评价时具有很好的落地性和科学性。
Abstract:In this paper, the SPSS software is used to dig and analyze the mass data of basic power supply enterprises. By using correlation analysis method, principal component extraction method and comprehensive clustering method to reduce the dimension of index data, a comprehensive evaluation index system for basic power supply enterprises is constructed. Then the weight of each index is calculated by the improved analytic hierarchy process based on the Delphi method and experts’ experience. According to the actual operation situation of each enterprise, the differential weight of various indexes is constructed, and then the comprehensive evaluation and score of differentiation for the power supply enterprises at the grass-roots level are realized. Through the vertical and horizontal comparison of basic power supply enterprises, the weak links of each enterprise''s operation and power grid development are pointed out, and the enterprise investment strategy and construction emphasis are put forward. Through the practical application in Shanxi power grid, 98 grass-roots power supply enterprises are divided into five categories, and through the comprehensive evaluation of enterprises, the corresponding suggestions for upgrading are put forward. It has fully proves the value of this method in theory and practice application. And it has good landing and scientificity in carrying out comprehensive evaluation for basic power supply enterprises.
