中文摘要: 散射线会导致图像的对比度和清晰度降低,但由于散射线是射线与物质作用的必然产物,不可避免,因此只能控制使其对灵敏度的影响降到最低。本文对数字射线检测过程中产生散射线的原因进行了深入分析,并且详细阐述了散射线特性及其在GIS设备数字射线检测图像质量的影响原理,通过对原有的X射线检测装置进行改进,增加了小型化、轻型化的针对不同型号规格GIS设备数字射线检测的不同材质、不同厚度滤板,实现了检测现场快速更换,并对检测工艺参数进行优化,有效减少了散射线对GIS设备数字射线检测的影响。在GIS设备现场实际检测过程中进行了多次运用,和不使用滤板装置进行比较成像质量提高显著,图像分辨能力和细节表现力的提高使得图像更加清晰。

Abstract:scattering line will result in lower contrast and sharpness of the image,but because of the scattered radiation is the inevitable outcome of the radiation interaction with matter, inevitably, it can only control the thus minimizing the impact on the sensitivity. This paper has analyzed the cause of scattering line in digital radiographic testing and the features of scattering line and tits theory of influencing the quality of image quality on digital radiographic testing of GIS equipment have been elaborated, the original X ray detection device is improved, add different filter plates that have been miniaturized and light-weight trended to aim at digital radiographic testing different model of GIS equipment, achieved quick replacement on field test, and the detection process parameters are adjusted to effectively reduce the impact of scattered rays on the digital radiographic testing of GIS equipment.It has been used many times in the actual detection process of GIS equipment, and compared with the filter plate device, the image quality has been improved significantly, and the image resolution and detail performance have been improved to make the image more clear.
