中文摘要: 本文通过对柔性互联配电网进行分析,并对MMC变流器原理以及控制策略等方法分析,且对在混合式MMC拓扑结构的基础上,对MMC变流器保护系统进行研究,然后对控保装置进行布置,并对测试装置的基本功能进行分析验证,然后本文对配电中心进行相应分区,包含直流配电中心、交流微电网及直流微电网三个区域,并研究在不同运行模式下的多变流器的多种控制策略下的故障恢复和无扰切换等相关能力,并与系统层间进行纵向信息交互;然后利用RTLAB搭建柔性互联配电网控保测试模型,并验证研制的控制与保护系统是否满足项目所提出的各项指标要求。最后对所建立的模型进行仿真实验验证表明该装置具有很高的可靠性和准确性,满足工程实际的要求,并具有很大的研究价值。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the flexible interconnected distribution network, and analyzes the principle of MMC converter and its control strategy. On the basis of hybrid MMC topology, the protection system of MMC converter is studied, and then the control and protection device is arranged, and the basic functions of the test device are analyzed and verified. Then the distribution center is divided into three sections, including DC distribution center, AC micro grid and DC micro grid, which is studied in different operating modes. Under the multi-controller''s multiple control strategies, the fault recovery and undisturbed switching and other related capabilities are studied under different operating modes. It also interacts with the vertical information between the system layer and the system layer, then use RTLAB to build a flexible interconnected power distribution network control test model, and verify the development whether the control and protection system meets the requirements of the project. Finally, the simulation results of the established model show that the device has high reliability and accuracy, meets the actual engineering requirements, and has great research value.
