中文摘要: 配电网作为电网系统的基础环节,在整个电力系统中起着重要的作用,国家对电网建设和管理也提出了更高的要求。 在计算机、网络、软件工程技术日益成熟的今天,建立基于网络平台的贵州配电网项目设计评审管理系统显得尤为重要。 为有效提高评审单位、设计单位的工作质量,及对设计成果的数据进行再加工,为电网企业的管理部门提供可靠的数据依据,本文基于J2EE的Struts2框架,应用MVC架构,对贵州配电网项目设计评审管理系统进行分析、设计、研发与实现。本系统采用了SSH三层架构,充分结合Struts2、Spring、Hibernate等先进技术手段,搭建在windows的tomcat服务器上,使得贵州配网设计成果信息数据得到规范管理和共享。本系统基于J2EE平台进行功能开发,使用Oracle作为系统数据库,有效保证了后台数据的读取与存储。系统严格按照贵州配电网项目设计评审管理系统需求进行分析,分别从计划管理、评审流程管理、辅助评审功能、信息查询模块、数据统计模块、通知公告发布模块、系统间数据交换模块等四个功能模块着手对系统进行设计与实现。为确保系统能正常、有效的运行,将系统代码实现后进行了测试工作,对系统功能进行测试用例设计,测试结果达到预期效果。从软硬件上把配网设计质量、配网设计评审质量、配网设计成果等工作从原先人工干干预,主观意识较强,没有可靠数据作为支撑,且设计成功再利用价值不大等工作方式逐渐转变为信息化综合管理方式,真正意义上实现配网设计管理工作的网络信息化、智能化。

Abstract:As the basic link of power grid system, distribution network plays an important role in the whole power system. The state has also put forward higher requirements for power grid construction and management. Nowadays, computer, network and software engineering technology are becoming more and more mature. It is particularly important to set up the design review management system of Guizhou distribution network based on network platform. To improve the evaluation unit, design unit of work quality, then processing data and the results of design, provide reliable data for power grid enterprise management department, the Struts2 framework based on J2EE, using MVC framework of Guizhou network project design review management system analysis, design, development and implementation. The system adopts the three tier architecture of SSH, and combines with advanced technology such as Struts2, Spring and Hibernate to build Tomcat server on windows, so that the information and data of Guizhou distribution network design can be standardized managed and shared. This system is based on the J2EE platform for functional development, using Oracle as the system database, effectively ensuring the reading and storage of the background data. The system in strict accordance with the requirements of design evaluation management system for Guizhou distribution network project are analyzed, respectively, from the project management, the management review process, evaluation function, information query module, statistics module, announcement four function modules, system release module of data exchange between the modules of the system design and implementation. In order to ensure the normal and effective operation of the system, the system code is implemented, and the test case is designed for the system function. The test results achieve the desired results. From the hardware and software on the distribution network design quality, network quality, network design review design results from the original work of artificial interference, subjective consciousness is strong, there is no reliable data as a support, and the successful design reuse of little value work mode is gradually transformed into comprehensive information management mode, the realization of distribution design management of real network information and intelligent.
