中文摘要: 为提升采油区10 kV配电线路的耐雷水平,本文系统研究了10 kV配电线路的防雷现状,探讨了各项防雷措施的优劣,利用PSCAD仿真软件对上字型杆塔和三角型杆塔分别建模,仿真分析绝缘子类型、避雷器安装、避雷线架设等防雷措施对线路耐雷水平的影响。针对某采油区配套的一条10kV配电线路,开展实地测量与建模仿真,采取各项防雷措施,包括:依次对24支#3杆使用降阻剂、深埋接地极;增加悬式绝缘子片数;对变电站出线前20基杆塔架设小保护角避雷线;对部分杆塔的三相绝缘子两端并联线路避雷器等优化处理,优化后采油线耐雷水平显著提高,理论验证了各项防雷措施对其耐雷水平提升的可行性与有效性,最终给出该条线路的耐雷水平提升策略,为其它采油区内10 kV配电线路防雷提供借鉴。

Abstract:To improve the lightning resistance level of 10 kV distribution lines in the oil production area, this paper systematically studies the lightning protection status of 10 kV distribution lines, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various lightning protection measures, and uses PSCAD simulation software to model the upper shaped tower and the triangular tower respectively, and simulates and analyzes the influence of lightning protection measures such as insulator type, lightning arrester installation, and lightning protection wire erection on the lightning resistance level of the line. For a 10kV distribution line supporting an oil production area, field measurement and modeling simulation were carried out, and various lightning protection measures were taken, including: using resistance reducing agents for 24 #3 poles in turn, Deeply buried grounding electrode, increase the number of suspended insulator sheets, erect a small protection angle lightning protection line for the 20 base towers before the substation outlet, optimize the lightning arresters of the three-phase insulators at both ends of some towers, etc., the lightning resistance level of the oil production line is significantly improved after optimization, and the feasibility and effectiveness of various lightning protection measures to improve the lightning resistance level of the line are theoretically verified, and finally the lightning resistance improvement strategy of the line is given, which provides a reference for the lightning protection of 10 kV distribution lines in other oil production areas.
