中文摘要: 针对传统机械式行程开关安装调试困难和风闸行程开关动作不到位等问题,某水电站采用霍尔式传感器原理式的接近开关代替传统机械式机组风闸行程开关,开发一种能采集机组风闸状态和监测风闸位移的自动检测系统,自动检测系统通过PLC采集机组制动风闸状态和位移,进行逻辑判断,通过中间继电器给水电站的计算监控系统和机组制动控制屏使用,同时将机组制动风闸行程位移传送给计算监控系统后台,方便运行监视风闸状态。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of installation and debugging difficult of traditional mechanical travel switch and inadequate action of air gate travel switch, a hydropower station adopts the proximity switch based on Hall sensor principle to replace the traditional mechanical unit air gate travel switch, and develops an automatic detection system that can collect the state of the unit air gate and monitor the displacement of the air gate. The automatic detection system collects the state and displacement of the brake air brake of the unit by PLC, makes logical judgment, and uses the intermediate relay to the calculation monitoring system of the hydropower station and the brake control screen of the unit. At the same time, the stroke displacement of the brake air brake of the unit is transmitted to the background of the calculation monitoring system, which is convenient to monitor the state of the air brake.
