Abstract:The aim of this article is to explore the innovation and practice of operation team management in thermal power plants. Through an in-depth analysis of the traditional operation team management mode in thermal power plants, a series of innovative team management strategies are proposed, and their application in practice is elaborated. The research shows that these innovative strategies have significant effects in improving the efficiency of the team, reducing accident rates, and enhancing the reliability of equipment operation.
