中文摘要: 全球气候日益恶化,中国也做出了“碳达峰、碳中和”承诺,太阳能、风能等大量新型能源接入电网,同时随着中国城市化进程发展,城市电网入地工程,大量的电缆在城区电网使用,两个至上写入安全生产法,对安全提出了更高要求,在新型电力系统及新形势下下配网中性点接地方式提出了新的课题。本文分析了目前配网中性点接地存在的问题,提出了新型电力系统下高压配电网中性点接地影响因素,系统分析了不接地、消弧线圈接地和低电阻方式对过电压、设备选择和制造的影响,阐述了三种方式的优缺点,最后总结了高压配电网接地方式适用条件,为工程设计和实践提供依据。
Abstract:The global climate is deteriorating day by day, and China has also made commitments to "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality". A large number of new energy sources such as solar energy and wind energy are connected to the power grid. At the same time, with the development of China"s urbanization process, urban power grid grounding projects, and a large number of cables are used in urban power grids. The "two priorities" are written into the safety production law, which puts higher requirements on safety, A new issue has been proposed regarding the neutral point grounding method in the distribution network under the new power system and new situation. This article analyzes the current problems of neutral point grounding in distribution networks, proposes the influencing factors of neutral point grounding in high-voltage distribution networks under new power systems, systematically analyzes the effects of ungrounded, arc suppression coil grounding, and low resistance methods on overvoltage, equipment selection, and manufacturing, elaborates on the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, and finally summarizes the applicable conditions of high-voltage distribution network grounding methods, providing a basis for engineering design and practice.
