中文摘要: 摘 要：随着社会的发展，现有的电力调度、抢修调度与服务调度间的协同运营模式已经满足不了居民日益增长的物质文化生活需求，因此中国南方电网有限责任公司提出“调配控服一体化”集中运营模式。然而我们传统的调度员培训仿真系统（DTS）仅仅是限于对高压电网电力调度的培训仿真，在“调配控服一体化”模式下研究适用于高压、中压和低压电力调度以及抢修调度和服务调度的培训仿真需求成为新的热点。
