中文摘要: 火力发电机组热控保护联锁逻辑及定值的设置是否科学合理,是设备安全可靠运行的保障。通过对不同型号、不同容量和不同控制系统的多台火力发电机组热控保护联锁逻辑的清理及定值核查的情况进行深入分析研究,总结存在的主要的共性问题,特别是对机组主要控制系统DCS中垃圾逻辑较多导致控制器负荷率偏高、热控保护联锁逻辑及定值修改随意性大、执行相关规程制度不严格、典型温度、水位保护逻辑设计有漏洞等安全隐患所形成的原因进行深入分析研究,有针对性地提出解决问题的具体措施,以达到通过开展热控保护联锁逻辑及定值清理核查专项工作,及时发现安全隐患、提高热控系统可靠性、提升火力发电机组运行安全稳定性的目的,该项工作具有重要的实际意义和迫切的必要性。

Abstract:Whether the interlocking logic of thermal control protection and the setting of constant value are scientific or not, will be the guarantee of safe and reliable operation of equipment in thermal power generating units. Analyzing the situation of cleaning up logic and checking constant value, and summarizing the common problems of them for different type, different capacity, and different control system of units, especially analyzing the situation that junk logic will lead to high load rate of controller; and that the logic and constant value modify arbitrarily; and that related rules and regulations are poorly enforced; and that the design of temperature and water level logic have holes; and other safety problems. This paper puts forward specific measures to solve those problems, finds hidden dangers timely to improve the reliability of thermal control system, and prompt thermal power generating units security and stability operation, so cleaning up logic and checking constant value have important significance and urgent needs.
