中文摘要: 为了解决架空输电线路因雷电绕击和雷电反击而影响供电安全性、可靠性的问题,本文提出了将提前预放电避雷针和电流互感器、架空避雷线以及接地网一起组成提前接闪避雷系统的方法。通过电流互感器将架空避雷线和提前预放电避雷针联结到一起,成倍地扩展了提前预放电避雷针的感知范围和作用距离。同时该系统还采用与接地网直接相连的独立引下线来泻放雷电流,极大地降低了雷电对线路绝缘装置的威胁。该系统对雷电的感知距离可以达到输电线路的一个档距;对线路的保护半径可以超过输电线路的半个档距且不小于150米。该系统在毕节市大丰县110kV架空输电线路上实施的科技开发项目中进行了试验,在防止线路遭受雷电绕击和雷电反击方面取得了重要成效。通过本文的分析可以得出如下结论,该系统克服了现有防雷装置的不足,具有明显的技术进步和创新,值得在架空输电线路上推广和应用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the overhead transmission line affects the safety and reliability of power supply due to lightning flashback and lightning strikeback, this article proposes to combine pre-discharge lightning rods and current transformers, overhead lightning conductors, and grounding grids to form lightning strikes A systematic approach. The overhead lightning conductor and the pre-discharge lightning rod are connected together by a current transformer, which doubles the sensing range and working distance of the pre-discharge lightning rod. At the same time, the system also uses an independent down-conductor directly connected to the grounding network to discharge the lightning current, which greatly reduces the threat of lightning to the line insulation device. The sensing distance of the system to lightning can reach one stop of the transmission line; the protection radius of the line can exceed half of the stop of the transmission line and is not less than 150 meters. The system has been tested in a science and technology development project implemented on the 110kV overhead transmission line in Dafeng County, Bijie City, and has achieved important results in protecting the line from lightning strikes and lightning strikes. Through the analysis of this article, it can be concluded that the system overcomes the shortcomings of existing lightning protection devices, has obvious technical progress and innovation, and is worthy of promotion and application on overhead transmission lines.
