中文摘要: 由于水电站运行的特性,一般需要在发电机出口装设发电机出口断路器,发电机出口断路器的安全可靠稳定运行,对电站电能送出至关重要,本文针对实际投运的3个中型水电站的选型及运行经验进行了实践浅析,为中型水电站发电机出口断路器选型提供了实践参考。根据3座单机容量53MW-70MW水电站的机组参数、电力系统参数、安装布置环境和运行工况等要求,经过短路电流分析及对国内外几家制造厂生产的发电机出口真空断路器的型式试验报告、性能参数、运行业绩等进行比较分析,最终所选定的发电机出口真空断路器在相同的技术参数及运行条件要求下,具有布置灵活紧凑、运行可靠性较高,维护工作量小,机电寿命长等优点。自2010年各机组陆续并网投运以来,一直安全稳定运行。
