中文摘要: 针对输电管理过程中树障清赔协议数据管理滞后,数据异动大,流程繁杂,后期归档验收困难等问题。本文提出一种基于B/S架构的电子化清斩协议管理系统,并介绍了系统体系架构、关键技术、数据组织结构。通过以模版引擎技术为核心的电子文档,并利用配置式的DAG工作流实现了对清赔协议的生成、查询、维护、流转、统计、归档等应用,保证了运维过程中的规范性、高效性、安全稳定性。从而提高输电管理过程中清赔协议管理的运维效率,节省人力物力成本,达到青苗补偿管理过程中“可知、可控、可观”的要求。
Abstract:Abstract: In the process of power transmission management, the data management of the tree barrier settlement and compensation agreement lags behind, the data changes greatly, the process is complicated, and the later archiving and acceptance is difficult. In this paper, an electronic chopping protocol management system based on B / S architecture is proposed, and the system architecture, key technologies and data organization structure are introduced. Through the electronic document with template engine technology as the core, and using the configured DAG workflow to realize the generation, query, maintenance, circulation, statistics, archiving and other applications of the settlement protocol, the standardization, efficiency and security stability in the process of operation and maintenance are guaranteed. Therefore, the operation and maintenance efficiency of the settlement agreement management in the process of the power transmission management is improved, the human and material resources is saved, and the requirements of "recordable, controllable, and observable" in the process of compensation management of young crops are achieved.
