中文摘要: 摘要:由于考虑到机组的快速启动和真空恶化时能维持机组的安全运行,600MW等级火电机组设计有三台真空泵,并且真空泵的设计裕度较大。为了降低辅机电耗,降低发电成本,本项目在机组真空严密性较好的情况下,提出了机组运行过程中,仅运行单台真空泵的改造设想。改造方法为:将高背压侧与低背压侧真空泵入口通过管道联络,在联络管上安装可调电动门,以到达调整高低背压凝汽器压差的目的。该改造思路既考虑了充分利用原有设备和管路,又考虑了保证机组运行过程中能正常形成高、低背压。改造结果:在机组凝汽器真空严密性试验结果在50Pa/min以下时,投运一台真空泵与投运两台真空泵时的平均真空一致,可以长期保持单台真空泵运行。

Abstract:Abstract:Considering the fast start-up and vacuum deterioration of the unit can maintain the safe operation of the unit, the 600 MW thermal power unit has three vacuum pumps, and the design margin of the vacuum pump is large. In order to reduce auxiliary power consumption and power generation cost, this project puts forward the idea of retrofitting a single vacuum pump during the operation of the unit under the condition of better vacuum tightness. The modification method is to connect the high back pressure side with the low back pressure side vacuum pump inlet through the pipeline and install the adjustable electric valve on the connecting pipe so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the pressure difference between the high and low back pressure condenser. The idea not only considers making full use of the original equipment and pipelines, but also guarantees the normal formation of high and low back pressure during the operation of the unit. Result of modification: When the vacuum tightness test results of unit condenser are less than 50 Pa/min, the average vacuum of one vacuum pump is the same as that of two vacuum pumps, which can keep a single vacuum pump running for a long time.
