中文摘要: 三相不平衡不仅使低压配电网供电能力下降,还导致其线损率增加。本文推导以三相不平衡度和最大相电流表示的损耗计算公式,并以不过负荷为约束条件,计算三相不平衡度对配变和线路线损率的影响。结果表明,三相不平衡对配变线损率的影响并不明显,但是对低压线路线损率的影响较大。文章还讨论三相不平衡的工程治理措施,为配电网规划建设与运行管理提供决策参考。
Abstract:Three-phase unbalance not only reduces the power supply capacity of low voltage distribution network, but also increases its line loss rate. This paper derives the line loss calculation formula expressed by the three-phase unbalance rate and maximum phase current. With the constraint condition of without overload, the paper calculates the influence of three-phase unbalance rate on distribution transformer and low voltage line’s line loss rate. The results show that three-phase unbalance hasn’t an obvious effect on distribution transformer’s line loss rate but has a greater impact on low voltage line’s line loss rate. Furthermore, the article also discusses the engineering governance measure of three-phase unbalance. It provides a decision-making reference for distribution network planning and construction, and operation management.
