中文摘要: 对于一线电网员工来说,安全意识与安全生产作业规程的掌握至关重要。这其中,尤以严重危害生命财产安全的A类违章作业为重中之重。目前,电网员工的安全生产与作业能力还是以传统的授课方式、或者模拟实景操作方式进行提升的。其在整体的管理环节中,学员缺乏直观的体验与互动,对于A类违章作业的严重后果无法表现或者表现不足;传统的考核方式可能也会由于脱离实操,造成效果的折扣。本文提出利用虚拟现实技术,结合动作捕捉及电网安全生产业务,实现电网A类违章生产作业的体验与考核系统。该系统将不依赖真实高压电器设备环境,无视真实设备使用条件限制,资源消耗与浪费低,风险小,使用者获得高度真实的感官反馈,在保证不产生真实的人身伤害和财产损失的同时,真实的表现A类违章作业的结果。
Abstract:For first-line grid employees, safety awareness and safe production practices are critical. Among them, Class A violations, which seriously endanger the safety of life and property, are the top priority. At present, the safety production and operation capabilities of grid employees are improved by traditional teaching methods or simulated real-life operations. In the overall management process, the students lack intuitive experience and interaction, and the serious consequences of Class A violations cannot be performed or underperformed; the traditional assessment methods may also result in a discount on the effect due to the departure from practice. This paper proposes the use of virtual reality technology, combined with motion capture and grid security production business, to achieve the experience and assessment system of grid A-class illegal production operations. The system will not depend on the real high-voltage electrical equipment environment, ignoring the limitations of real equipment use conditions, low resource consumption and waste, low risk, users get highly realistic sensory feedback, while ensuring no real personal injury and property damage, The true performance of the results of Class A violations.
