中文摘要: 贵州电网班组工作台的绩效管理功能只能实现简单的工作量累计,不能满足贵州电网对技能班组标准作业制(工分制)绩效考核管理分数标准化、方式简洁化、操作便捷化、结果公开化、应用准确化。为了解决此问题,贵州电网针对班组工作台开发了工分制绩效考核功能并得到有效应用。本文主要描写了工分制绩效考核功能实现的技术路线及架构,详解了所使用的关键技术,介绍了功能实现的情况,同时列举了工分制绩效考核功能的应用成效,最后在文末进行总结。

Abstract:The performance management function of the Guizhou Power Grid team workbench can only achieve a simple workload accumulation,which can not meet the Guizhou Power Grid's standard operating system performance appraisal management score standardization, simple method, convenient operation, open results, application accuracy. In order to solve this problem, Guizhou Power Grid developed the performance appraisal function of the work system for the team workbench and was effectively applied. This paper mainly describes the technical route and structure of the performance appraisal function of the team workbench, explains the key technologies, introduces the function realization, and enumerates the application results of the performance appraisal function of the team workbench. Finally, it concludes at the end of the article.
