Abstract:This article takes Guizhou Power Grid as the research object, focusing on the key issues of investment efficiency, safety, and cost balance in power projects under the background of precision investment, and exploring new investment management paths suitable for complex power grid environments. Design a comprehensive management framework based on precision investment, proposing specific measures in four stages: planning, decision-making, implementation, and evaluation, such as precise demand profiling, multidimensional evaluation models, dynamic cost monitoring, and closed-loop feedback optimization mechanisms. Next, in response to investment security issues, a technology system for ice prevention and disaster reduction, as well as security measures for new energy access, will be proposed. Innovate and optimize cost-effectiveness through digital technology and market mechanisms. Summarize the effectiveness of the precision investment framework in optimizing efficiency, safety, and cost.
