中文摘要: 全球对气候变化关注度持续上升,碳排放管理成为实现“双碳”目标的关键。电网企业作为能源转化传输的关键环节,对国家绿色低碳转型至关重要。本文综述电网企业碳排放双控机制框架,以构建该机制为目标,先探讨源、网、荷侧碳排放核算方法并构建技术图谱,再论述构建理论基础、提出具体路径,为电网企业精准科学管控碳排放总量与强度提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract:As global attention to climate change continues to rise, carbon emission management has become the key to realizing the “double carbon” goal. As a key link in energy transformation and transmission, power grid enterprises are crucial to the green and low-carbon transformation of the country. This paper summarizes the framework of dual-control mechanism of carbon emission for power grid enterprises, and aims to construct the mechanism by first exploring the accounting methods of carbon emission from source, network and load side and constructing the technical map, then discussing the theoretical basis of construction and proposing specific paths, so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the precise and scientific control of total carbon emission and intensity for power grid enterprises.
