中文摘要: 随着风电、光伏及储能等分布式能源的大规模接入,主动配电网的运行面临源-荷双侧不确定性加剧、多维度运行场景复杂多变等挑战。本文提出了一种信息-物理融合的主动配电网间歇性分布式电源的可信容量评估方法,应对风电、光伏和储能接入后的多种变化运行场景,以评估分布式电源的有效出力可信容量,从而更精确地揭示主动配电网的内在特性。通过改进动态潮流计算推出可信容量的计算方法并进行算例验证,结果表明:主动配电网算例的可信容量评估值为911.26 kW,有效揭示了主动配电网的运行特征,该方法能有效评估间歇性分布式电源的可信容量及分布式电源的输出功率水平。本研究为主动配电网的动态规划、安全评估与灵活性资源配置提供了理论依据与计算工具,具有较强的实际应用价值。
Abstract:With the large-scale access of distributed energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage, the operation of active distribution networks faces the challenges of increased uncertainty on both sides of the source-load and the complexity and variability of multi-dimensional operation scenarios. In this paper, an information-physical fusion credible capacity assessment method for intermittent distributed power sources in active distribution grids is proposed to cope with multiple changing operation scenarios after the access of wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage in order to assess the credible capacity of the effective output of distributed power sources, so as to reveal the intrinsic characteristics of the active distribution grids more accurately. The credible capacity calculation method is introduced by improving the dynamic tidal current calculation and validated with examples, and the results show that the credible capacity assessment value of the active distribution grid example is 911.26 kW, which effectively reveals the operating characteristics of the active distribution grid, and the method can effectively assess the credible capacity of intermittent distributed power sources and the output power level of distributed power sources. This study provides a theoretical basis and computational tools for dynamic planning, security assessment and flexible resource allocation in active distribution networks, with strong practical application value.
