中文摘要: 随着物联网、人工智能等新兴技术的快速发展,网络安全威胁日益复杂,电力行业的网络安全暴露面快速扩大。为了高效精准地防控网络安全,本文提出一种基于RPA(机器人流程自动化)、机器学习等数字化技术,协同安风防控“人、物、环、管”各环节的新管理模式。该模式优化网络安全监控和应急响应机制,实现人机协同高效管理,实现防控外延以RPA技术模拟人工操作,自动进行指令监控、敏感信息排查及预警提醒;防控内核以基于统信操作系统的安全加固工具和“一区域一措施”应急断网方案,简化安全基线加固流程并适应国产化数字生态政策要求,基线加固时间由原来的10分钟缩短至21秒,有效提升了加固效率。研究应用结果表明,该模式实现了管理层、技术人员、用户人员三级联动,全天侯的网安指令响应状态,达到网络防控部分业务的机器代人,进一步简化了工作流程,显著提高了监控效率和准确性,节省了人力资源。
Abstract:With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, the threat of network security is becoming more and more complex, and the network security exposure of The power industry is expanding rapidly. In order to prevent and control network security efficiently and accurately, this paper proposes a new management mode based on RPA, machine learning and other digital technologies, which cooperates with the prevention and control of " people, things, environment and management ". This mode optimizes the network security monitoring and emergency response mechanism, realizes the efficient management of human-machine collaboration, realizes the prevention and control extension to simulate manual operation with RPA technology, and automatically performs command monitoring, sensitive information investigation and early warning reminders. The prevention and control kernel simplifies the security baseline reinforcement process and adapts to the requirements of the domestic digital ecological policy by using the security reinforcement tool based on the unified operating system and the " one area one measure " emergency disconnection scheme. The baseline reinforcement time is shortened from 10 minutes to 21 seconds, which effectively improves the reinforcement efficiency. The research and application results show that the model realizes the three-level linkage of management, technical personnel and user personnel, the response state of network security instructions all day, and the machine generation of network prevention and control part of the business. It further simplifies the workflow, significantly improves the monitoring efficiency and accuracy, and saves human resources.
