中文摘要: 本文以贵州电网逆向物资管理创新实践为研究对象,深入分析了其管理现状及问题,创新性地提出了基于全生命周期管理的创新方案。通过对流程的精细优化、信息化的有力支撑、资源的集约化整合以及制度的标准化建设,实现了报废物资处置效率的显著提升及资产的有效盘活。本文紧密结合循环经济理念,对逆向物资管理中的技术应用进行了优化,为电网企业资产管理提供了具有广泛借鉴意义的绿色逆向物流实践经验。
Abstract:This paper takes the innovative practice of reverse material management of Guizhou Power Grid as the research object, analyzes its management status quo and problems in depth, and puts forward an innovative program based on the whole life cycle management innovatively. Through the fine optimization of the process, the strong support of information technology, the intensive integration of resources and the standardized construction of the system, the disposal efficiency of end-of-life materials has been significantly improved and the assets have been effectively revitalized. This paper closely integrates the concept of circular economy, optimizes the application of technology in reverse material management, and provides green reverse logistics practical experience with wide reference significance for the asset management of power grid enterprises.
