中文摘要: 以新能源为主的新型电力系统需要更多的灵活性资源参与系统调节。空调负荷峰值占总负和超过30%,并且具有响应速度快、调控方式多等优势,是电力系统重要的灵活性资源。考虑到空调负荷单台容量小,需通过负荷聚合商(Load Aggregator, LA)聚合后向电网运营商提供需求响应,因此,本文提出了一种计及空调用户响应容量差异的空调LA投标-定价两阶段优化策略;在投标阶段,考虑用户响应行为的不确定性,采用随机优化方法建立以LA收益最大的投标优化模型;然后根据投标阶段获得的中标量,在定价阶段考虑用户响应行为差异,设计多样化用户激励补偿奖惩机制,提升LA利润和空调用户交易积极性,降低交易风险。最后,基于算例验证了所提模型的有效性。

Abstract:The new power system based on new energy needs more flexible resources to participate in the system regulation. The peak load of air conditioning accounts for the total negative and more than 30%, and has the advantages of fast response speed and multiple control methods, so it is an important flexible resource in power system. Considering that the capacity of a single air conditioner is small, it needs to provide demand response to the power grid operator through the aggregation of Load Aggregator (LA). Therefore, this paper proposes a two-stage optimization strategy of LA bidding and pricing for air conditioners, which takes into account the difference in response capacity of air conditioner users. In the bidding stage, considering the uncertainty of user response behavior, a bidding optimization model with maximum LA benefit is established by using stochastic optimization method. Then, according to the medium value obtained in the bidding stage, the difference in user response behavior is considered in the pricing stage, and a diversified user incentive compensation reward and punishment mechanism is designed to improve LA profits and air-conditioning users" trading enthusiasm, and reduce trading risks. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
