中文摘要: 本文聚焦电力作业违章这一突出问题,以无票作业、无视频作业、高处作业失去保护三类常见违章现象为切入点,运用故障树分析模型深入剖析其成因。通过层层拆解,挖掘出管理体系漏洞、人员安全意识短板、作业环境复杂干扰以及设备设施不完善等多层面根源因素。旨在从源头提出针对性改进策略,构建全方位预防机制,为电力行业安全生产筑牢根基,助力电力作业规范化、安全化。
Abstract:This article focuses on the prominent issue of violations in electrical operations, using three common types of violations as entry points: operating without tickets, operating without video recording, and losing protection during high-altitude operations. It employs the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) model to deeply analyze their causes. By dissecting the issue layer by layer, it uncovers multiple root factors, including loopholes in the management system, shortcomings in personnel safety awareness, complex and distracting work environments, and inadequate equipment and facilities. The purpose of this article is to propose targeted improvement strategies from the source and establish a comprehensive prevention mechanism, thereby laying a solid foundation for safety production in the power industry and facilitating standardized and safe electrical operations.
