中文摘要: 电力设备外壳接地是电力系统安全运行的重要保证,不仅可以降低电气设备绝缘水平、保护接地、防止静电干扰、检测接地故障、防止电磁干扰,还可安全地进行电力系统中功能接地、等电位连接、工作接地等。目前电力接地装置一般都安装在地底和设备构架上,常年深埋于土壤中或暴露在大气环境中运行,运行环境恶劣,极易发生腐蚀,接地装置一旦遭到腐蚀,将造成其接地电阻增大从而致使其导电能力下降,腐蚀严重时甚至引起接地装置断裂失效。本文主要分析了接地扁铁入地点断裂的主要原因,提出了针对性解决方案并在现场实施应用,确保电力设备外壳可靠接地,保障电网安全稳定运行。
Abstract:The grounding of the shell of power equipment is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the power system, which can not only reduce the insulation level of electrical equipment, protect the grounding, prevent electrostatic interference, detect grounding faults, and prevent electromagnetic interference, but also safely carry out functional grounding, equipotential connection, and working grounding in the power system. At present, the electric grounding device is generally installed on the underground and the equipment framework, and is buried in the soil or exposed to the atmospheric environment all the year round, and the operating environment is harsh, and it is very easy to corrode, and once the grounding device is corroded, it will cause its grounding resistance to increase and thus cause its conductivity to decrease, and even cause the grounding device to break and fail when the corrosion is serious. This paper mainly analyzes the main reasons for the breakage of grounding flat irons, proposes targeted solutions and implements them in the field, so as to ensure the reliable grounding of power equipment shells and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.
