中文摘要: 电力互感器是电力系统的重要设备之一,而角比差测试是确保电力互感器的运行准确性的重要手段,由于现场测试时的复杂环境,当测试发生故障时,排查故障将十分困难。针对这一难题,本文结合实际现场案例讨论了六种典型的电力互感器角比差现场测试故障,从故障特征、故障原因、发生部位等多个维度进行了分析,通过对典型故障的特征提炼,结合校验仪给出的检测信息,总结出了故障排查的一般化思路建议,同时对测试过程中的突出安全风险点进行了分析并提出排查作业建议。通过本文的分析讨论,希望为本专业的工作人员提供故障排查的方法指导,加深对电力互感器误差测试原理的理解,同时降低降作业风险,保障人身和设备安全,为电网的安全稳定运行贡献力量。

Abstract:Power transformers are one of the most important equipment in the power system, and the angle & ratio difference test is a necessary means to ensure the accuracy of power transformers. Due to the complex condition on site, checking the fault can be very difficult when the test fails. To solve this problem, this paper discusses six typical on-site test faults of power transformers combined with actual field cases, analyzes the fault characteristics, fault causes, occurrence locations and other dimensions, and summarizes the general ideas and suggestions for fault troubleshooting by extracting the characteristics of typical faults and combining the detection information given by the calibrator. At the same time, the prominent safety risk points in the testing process are analyzed and suggestions for troubleshooting are put forward. Through the analysis and discussion of this paper, it is hoped to provide the method guidance of troubleshooting for the staff, deepen the understanding of the principle of angle & ratio difference test of power transformer, reduce the operational risk, ensure personal and equipment safety, and contribute to the safe and stable operation of the power grid
