Abstract:The water-cooled wall of a boiler is an important component of the "four tubes" of the boiler. High temperature corrosion of the water-cooled wall is an important issue that affects the safe operation of the heating surface of boilers in thermal power plants. This article analyzes the corrosion mechanism and causes of water-cooled walls in thermal power plants, provides some case studies, and proposes corresponding improvement measures based on the causes. This can provide reference for solving the problem of boiler water-cooled wall corrosion in thermal power plants.
