Abstract:Fan is one of the main auxiliary equipment of power plant boilers and an indispensable part of thermal power plants. Its electricity consumption accounts for about 2% -3% of the total power generation of the power plant. With the continuous increase of electricity consumption and the emergence of energy problems, the economic efficiency of wind turbine operation in power plants is increasingly valued by people, and the quality of its operation directly affects the economic benefits of thermal power plants. Its safe and stable operation is the safety guarantee for the safe operation of the unit. At present, each unit in China is equipped with two induced draft fans. If one of the induced draft fans malfunctions during operation and there is no good isolation method, it may cause the unit to not stop. The following is a brief study on the operation of a single induced draft fan. For reference of boiler equipment in thermal power plants.
