中文摘要: 分布式新能源在配电网中渗透率不断提升,传统三段式电流保护难以满足保护需求。纵联保护是满足新能源高渗透率配电网保护需求的重要方式,但纵联保护对配电网通信条件要求较高,且保护灵敏性易受配网中不可测分支线路的影响。本文考虑不可测分支线路影响,在分析配电网线路两端负序电流相位关系的基础上,得到了区内外故障下线路两侧负序电流dq轴分量的比值差异,进而提出基于负序电流dq轴分量的纵联保护方法。该方法能够适应配电网复杂多变的运行状况,对通信条件要求不高,在有源配电网中有较好的应用前景。利用 PSCAD/ EMTDC软件建立有源配电网模型对所提方法进行验证,结果表明所提方法能够有效识别配网线路区内外的不对称故障。
Abstract:The penetration rate of distributed new energy in the distribution network is increasing, the traditional three-section current protection is difficult to meet the protection needs. Pilot protection is a crucial strategy to meet the protection requirements of distribution networks with high new energy penetration, but it requires strong communication conditions and its protection sensitivity is sensitive to the effect of unmeasurable branch lines within the distribution network. This study considers the influence of undetectable branch lines, based on the analysis of the phase relationship between negative sequence currents on both sides of distribution network lines, obtains the ratio difference between the dq-axis components of negative sequence currents on both sides of the lines under internal faults and external faults, and then proposes a pilot protection method based on the dq-axis components of negative sequence currents. The method can adapt to the complex and changing operating conditions in distribution networks, and doesn"t require high communication conditions, has good application prospects in active distribution networks. By building an active distribution network model using PSCAD/EMTDC software, the proposed method was validated. The results showed that it can effectively identify asymmetric internal faults and external faults of the distribution network line.
