中文摘要: 电力行业正经历着由大数据和智能技术引领的转型。本文深入探讨了电网调度实时监控中大数据分析技术的应用,目的在于通过智能化方法提高电网运行的效率与安全性。研究基于数据挖掘和机器学习算法,对电网运行数据实施了实时分析,以实现更精确的负荷预测和故障诊断。分析结果揭示了大数据分析技术在优化电网调度策略中的关键作用,特别是在提升调度效率和响应速度方面。本研究构建了一个集成的数据驱动电网调度系统,强化了人工智能和机器学习在处理电网复杂数据中的核心作用。同时,物联网、云计算和边缘计算的融合应用为电网监控提供了创新的技术解决方案。针对电网调度面临的技术与管理挑战,本文提出了策略建议,旨在推动电网调度向高效、智能化和安全性方向发展。研究的创新之处在于提出了一个综合的数据收集、处理、分析和决策支持系统,并对新兴技术在电网调度中的应用进行了前瞻性分析。
Abstract:The power industry is undergoing a transformation led by big data and smart technologies. This paper delves into the application of big data analytics in real-time monitoring and control of power grid dispatch, with the aim of improving the efficiency and security of power grid operation through intelligent methods. Based on data mining and machine learning algorithms, the study implements real-time analyses of grid operation data to achieve more accurate load forecasting and fault diagnosis. The analysis results reveal the key role of big data analytics in optimising grid scheduling strategies, especially in improving scheduling efficiency and responsiveness. This study constructs an integrated data-driven grid scheduling system that reinforces the central role of artificial intelligence and machine learning in processing complex data from the grid. Meanwhile, the convergent application of IoT, cloud computing and edge computing provides innovative technological solutions for grid monitoring. In response to the technical and managerial challenges faced by grid scheduling, this paper proposes strategies aimed at driving grid scheduling towards efficiency, intelligence and security. The innovation of the study is to propose an integrated data collection, processing, analysis and decision support system, and to prospectively analyse the application of emerging technologies in grid scheduling.
