中文摘要: 本文系统研究了北斗导航系统在电力抢修中的应用,重点聚焦高精度定位、短报文通信、自组网技术、多系统融合及图像压缩等核心技术及其改进策略。针对抢修过程中快速定位、通信保障和复杂环境下的数据传输需求,提出了一种基于北斗三代系统的逐级模糊度固定PPP-AR解算方法,并结合分布式自组网技术,构建了高效的应急通信架构。同时,创新性地设计了窄带抗误码图像压缩算法,以解决北斗短报文通信中的带宽和误码问题。实验表明,结合多系统融合(BDS-3/GPS/Galileo)的PPP-AR技术将大幅缩短厘米级定位的收敛时间缩,自组网架构显著提升了恶劣环境下的通信覆盖与可靠性。本文研究为电力抢修效率的提升、抢修响应速度的加快及作业安全性的提高提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:This paper systematically investigates the application of the BeiDou Navigation System in power emergency repair, focusing on core technologies and improvement strategies, including high-precision positioning, short message communication, ad hoc networking, multi-system integration, and image compression. To address the challenges of rapid fault localization, communication reliability, and data transmission in complex environments during emergency repairs, a stepwise ambiguity fixing PPP-AR solution based on the BeiDou-3 system is proposed. Additionally, a distributed ad hoc networking technique is integrated to construct an efficient emergency communication framework. An innovative narrowband error-correction image compression algorithm is also designed to overcome the bandwidth and error issues inherent in BeiDou''s short message communication. Experimental results demonstrate that the PPP-AR technique, combined with multi-system integration (BDS-3/GPS/Galileo), significantly reduces the convergence time for centimeter-level positioning, while the ad hoc network architecture greatly enhances communication coverage and reliability in harsh conditions. This study provides technological support for improving power repair efficiency, accelerating response speed, and enhancing operational safety.
