中文摘要: 电动汽车(EV)智能化与网联化趋势推动着以车-网互动为核心的多方交互不断融合,给现有电网带来巨大压力。为研究多方互动下的车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力情况,本文从六方面分析了车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力影响因素,并基于此构建了车-桩-网-源一体化运行评价模型,并通过问卷调查方式收集数据,运用模糊综合评价法对一体化运行能力进行综合评价,并找出提升车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力的关键改进因素。研究结果表明:当前车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力属于一般水平,技术与创新能力、基础设施建设能力较为欠缺,需重点关注并加以改善,运营能力具有较大改进空间,可在适当时机进行改进。最后,根据研究结果,提出智慧城市建设下车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力提升策略。

Abstract:The trend of intelligent and networked electric vehicles is driving the continuous integration of multi-party interaction centered on vehicle network interaction, bringing enormous pressure to the existing power grid. In order to study the integrated operation capability of vehicle pile network source under multi-party interaction, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the integrated operation capability of vehicle pile network source from six aspects, and based on this, constructs an evaluation model for the integrated operation of vehicle pile network source. Data is collected through questionnaire survey, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the integrated operation capability, and key improvement factors for improving the integrated operation capability of vehicle pile network source are identified. The research results indicate that the current integrated operation capability of vehicle pile network source is at a general level, and the technological and innovative capabilities, as well as infrastructure construction capabilities, are relatively lacking. It is necessary to focus on and improve these capabilities, and there is significant room for improvement in operational capabilities, which can be addressed at appropriate times. Finally, based on the research results, strategies are proposed to enhance the integrated operation capability of vehicle pile network source in the construction of smart cities.
