中文摘要: 随着全球气候变化和环境问题的日益严重,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统已成为实现可持续发展的重要任务。本文对国网能源院、中国电科院、中国工程院和华北电力大学等单位对新型电力系统典型场景发展预测进行了对比,得出新能源占比将进一步提高的结论。深入探讨了新型电力系统所涉及的关键技术以及面临的挑战,并给出了具体技术的解决方案。通过对可再生能源并网、智能控制系统、储能技术等方面的详细分析,明确了其发展现状与趋势,并针对面临的挑战提出了相应的发展策略和建议;通过分析可再生能源的间歇性和不稳定性、 能源转型的成本和效益、电力系统的灵活性和可靠性、政策和法规的支持等,给出了新型电力系统的发展策略和建议,旨在为新型电力系统的进一步发展提供有益参考。
Abstract:With the global climate change and the increasingly serious environmental problems, it has become an important task to build a new power system with new energy as the main body to achieve sustainable development. This paper compares the development forecasts of typical scenarios of new power system by State Grid Energy Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, China Institute of Engineering and North China Electric Power University, and draws the conclusion that the proportion of new energy will further increase. The key technologies and challenges involved in the new power system are deeply discussed, and the specific technical solutions are given. Through the detailed analysis of renewable energy grid connection, intelligent control system and energy storage technology, the development status and trend are clarified, and the corresponding development strategies and suggestions are put forward in view of the challenges faced. By analyzing the intermittence and instability of renewable energy, the cost and benefit of energy transformation, the flexibility and reliability of power system, and the support of policies and regulations, the development strategies and suggestions of new power system are given, aiming at providing useful reference for the further development of new power system.
