中文摘要: 电力变压器运行过程中所承受的非线性负荷较大,导致变压器绕组间漏磁场明显增大,严重影响着变压器抗短路的承受能力。并且近年来因抗短路能力不足而导致的变压器损坏事件频繁发生,因此如何提前准确计算抗短路能力水平对于变压器的安全运行显得尤其重要。本文分析了变压器短路电流的计算原理以及电磁力计算机理,引入基于WELDINST的变压器抗短路能力校核系统,分析了该系统的设计原理、主要输入参数类型、核心判据以及适用场景。并运用该系统针对110kV、220kV电力变压器原始设计参数、返厂检修后设计参数进行抗短路能力校核,实现提前揭示变压器抗短路能路不足风险、管控新入网主变质量的目标。
Abstract:The non-linear load borne by power transformers during operation is significant, leading to a significant increase in the leakage magnetic field between transformer windings, which seriously affects the transformer"s ability to withstand short circuits.Moreover, in recent years, transformer damage incidents have occurred frequently due to insufficient short-circuit resistance. Therefore, it is particularly important to accurately calculate the level of short-circuit resistance in advance for the safe operation of transformers.This article analyzes the calculation principle of transformer short-circuit current and electromagnetic force computer theory, introduces a transformer short-circuit resistance verification system based on WELLINST, and analyzes the design principle, main input parameter types, core criteria, and applicable scenarios of the system.And use the system to verify the short-circuit resistance of 110kV and 220kV power transformers based on their original design parameters and design parameters after returning to the factory for maintenance, in order to achieve the goal of revealing the risk of insufficient short-circuit resistance of transformers in advance and controlling the quality of newly connected main transformers.
