中文摘要: 随着电力电子设备技术的发展与进一步成熟,终端用户侧的负荷特性表现出来一些新的特征:(1)随机性与不确定性更强;(2)峰值负荷短时功率变化更显著;(3)三相负荷功率均匀分配更难等。为了更好地帮助配电网运行管理人员调度运行以及更好地服务终端用户,本文将利用清镇某10kV配电台区内2023年全年智能电表真实数据信息进行分析,通过分析不同智能电表采集终端不同类型用户的负荷功率时间序列特征以及三相负荷功率不平衡时间序列特征,结合本文构建的刻画负荷功率及其不平衡特性时序特性指标:①负荷功率曲线波动系数指标;②峰值负荷持续时间占比指标;③负荷三相功率不平衡度指标等,为配电网的运行以及针对终端用户的电力市场机制设计提供科学的指导。
Abstract:With the development and further maturity of power electronic equipment technology, the load characteristics on the end-user side show some new characteristics: (1) stronger randomness and uncertainty; (2) more significant short-term peak power; (3) more difficult to evenly distribute the three-phase load power. To help distribution network operators dispatch process and better serve end users, this article will use the real data information of smart meters in a 10kV distribution station area in Qingzhen for the whole year of 2023 to analyze. By analyzing the load power time series characteristics in different smart meters representing different types of terminal users, we established three different indicators to describe the load power and its phase power imbalance time series characteristics: ① load power curve fluctuation coefficient index; ② peak power duration proportion index; ③ load three-phase power imbalance index, etc., based on these three indicators, this paper will provide scientific guidance for the operation of distribution network and the design of power electricity market mechanism for end users.
