中文摘要: 随着气候变化加剧,电网系统经常性的面临着防汛、防雷、防雪等气象灾害风险,制约其运行稳定性和安全性。当前我国气象部门在发布气象预报预警方面,因缺少必要的技术支持,进而无法满足电网系统防御各类恶劣气象情况的实际需要。为解决数据高效整合、规范化管理等方面的问题,相关研究人员探究有机结合电力气象预报产品与电力系统的方法,并研究融合来自不同源的气象数据的途径,对维系行业发展至关重要。基于此,本文从系统设计、关键技术两个维度,开发设计一种电力与气象多源数据的交互融合系统,旨在综合利用多种数据源提高预报精度,为电网的安全运行提供保障。

Abstract:With the intensification of climate change, the power grid system often faces meteorological disaster risks such as flood prevention, lightning protection, and snow prevention, which restrict its operational stability and safety. At present, China"s meteorological departments are unable to meet the actual needs of the power grid system to defend against various adverse weather conditions due to a lack of necessary technical support in issuing meteorological forecasts and warnings. To solve the problems of efficient integration and standardized management of data, relevant researchers are exploring methods of organically integrating power meteorological forecasting products with power systems, and studying ways to integrate meteorological data from different sources, which is crucial for maintaining industry development. Based on this, this article develops and designs an interactive fusion system for power and meteorological multi-source data from two dimensions: system design and key technologies. The aim is to comprehensively utilize multiple data sources to improve forecasting accuracy and provide guarantees for the safe operation of the power grid.
