中文摘要: 省级电网调度优化的目标众多,过程复杂实现难度很大,因此急需开发满足实际需求的省级电网优化调度算法。本文利用经过脱敏的某省公司电网的数据,用混合整数规划模型来构筑省级虚拟电厂,模型的目标是减少电网运行成本(包括火电机组启停成本)、促进新能源消纳和降低碳排放。在对省级虚拟电厂数据进行一年模拟,并得到火电机组启停的计划后,本文还继续研究了省级电厂日前鲁棒性调度方法,保证了电网的供电可靠性。此外,本文还研究和提出了地市级电网的调度策略,阐述了它们和省级调度的不同之处,并给出可以成功落地的输出功率上下调方案。用本文所述的方法可以很好地调度省级、地市级电网,其中地市级调度策略已在浙江某地市部署完毕,运行情况良好。
Abstract:There are many targets for provincial power grid dispatching optimization, and the process is very difficult to realize. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a provincial power grid optimization dispatching algorithm to meet the actual demand. This paper uses the data of a desensitized power grid of a provincial company to build a provincial virtual power plant with a mixed integer programming model. The model aims to reduce the operating cost of the power grid (including the start-up and shutdown cost of thermal power units), promote the consumption of new energy and reduce carbon emissions. After simulating the provincial virtual power plant data for one year and getting the plan of thermal power plant start-stop, this paper continued to study the one day ahead despatch strategy including the robust scheduling method to ensure the reliability of power supply. In addition, this paper also studies the dispatching strategy of prefecture-level power grid, expounds the difference between it and provincial dispatching, and gives the output power up or down adjustment scheme that can be successfully implemented. The method described in this paper can be used to dispatch the provincial and prefecture-level power grids. The prefecture-level dispatching strategy has been deployed in a certain city in Zhejiang Province, and the operation is good.
