中文摘要: 随着中国乡村振兴战略的全面展开,推动清洁化、电气化、数智化成为农村能源系统优化升级的重要方向。在分析乡村供用能特征基础上,本文设计了一种考虑可调潜力相互配合的数智化用能运行管控平台和管理方案,通过数智化发展促进新能源消纳以及满足各类用能需求。首先构建了含高比例新能源的能源系统数智化框架,明确新农村能源系统整体数智化转型方向;然后,分析各类用能负荷的典型曲线时间变化特征,评估与分布式资源协同运行潜力。其次,分析关键设备的物理特性,深入探讨系统优化和运行管理的可能性,分析其在系统中的匹配性,并以用能成本最低为目标构建数智化用能方案。最后,基于某地区农村实际案例开展分析,为该地区数智化用能及清洁低碳发展实践提供指导。
Abstract:As China''s rural revitalization strategy unfolds comprehensively, promoting cleanliness, electrification, and intelligence has become an important direction for the optimization and upgrading of the rural energy system. There is an urgent need to build a digital and intelligent energy use plan based on the supply and demand characteristics of the new rural energy system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of rural energy supply and consumption, this article designs a digital energy utilization plan and operation control platform that considers the adjustable potential of rural energy supply and consumption systems to complement each other. Based on the electricity equipment and grid architecture data of the new rural area, this paper can provide energy management plans for the region, promoting the digital transformation of the region while meeting the consumption of new energy and various energy needs. Firstly, a digital framework for the energy system with a high proportion of new energy was constructed, clarifying the overall direction of digital transformation for the new rural energy system; Then, this article organizes typical curves of various energy consumption loads and analyzes their temporal variation characteristics to evaluate the potential of collaborative operation with distributed resources to achieve system digitization. Secondly, based on the physical characteristics of various key new energy equipment, we will establish state transition equations and operational boundaries to deeply explore the possibility of system optimization and operational management, analyze their compatibility in digital systems, and construct a digital energy utilization plan with the goal of minimizing energy costs. Finally, based on the operational optimization model, we will develop a new rural digital energy utilization control platform. Taking a new rural area in Shandong as an example, we will conduct practical tests to provide guidance for the digital energy utilization and carbon neutrality practices in that area.
