中文摘要: 针对电网设备倒闸操作和事故处理工作量与日俱增,调度人员操作电网设备风险和压力不断加大、准备电力调度指令应接不暇、工作效率不高的新问题,文中提出了利用机器人流程自动化应用软件开发电力调度指令自动生成平台,并给出了设计与实现的方案。首先,基于常用电力调度指令的内容搭建了电力调度指令自动生成平台框架;其次,在平台框架中设计了电力调度指令模块结构和电力调度指令自动生成流程,实现了自动识别三级调度归属并迅速生成相应的电力调度指令;最后,通过实验证实了该平台在典型场景下自动生成电力调度指令的有效性,100%正确率而且比人工反应更快速,更节省时间,效果明显,可以极大提高调度人员的工作效率,能够全面提升调度业务能力和水平。
Abstract:In response to the increasing workload of power grid operation and accident handling, the risks and pressures of personnel dispatching operation, the inability and low-efficiencyto prepare power dispatch instructions, this article proposes a design and implementation plan for developing an automatic generation platform of power dispatch instructions using robot process automation. Firstly, a framework for automatic generation of power dispatch instructions is established based on the content of power dispatch instructions; Secondly, the structure of the power dispatch instruction module and the automatic generation process of power dispatch instructions are designed in the platform framework, achieving automatic recognition of three-level dispatch ownership and rapid generation of corresponding power dispatch instructions; Finally, the effectiveness of the platform in automatically generating power dispatch instructions in typical scenarios has been confirmed through experiments, with a 100% accuracy rate and faster response than manual, saving more time and achieving significant results. It can greatly improve the work efficiency of dispatch personnel and comprehensively enhance the dispatch business ability and level.
