中文摘要: 目前在对电力装备进行逆向物流处理时,一般通过拍卖、直接报废等形式,未能准确评估装备剩余价值,甚至按照原材料重量等方式进行价值评估,极大低估了装备的剩余价值。本文经系统调研电力企业装备运行情况,在大量文献分析的基础上,提出电力装备逆向物流价值评估指标体系由“外观检查”、“电气性能”、“机械性能”、“密封性能”、“运行时长”、“故障率与维修记录”、“缺陷率与维修记录”、“发票及合同等材料齐全情况”、“品牌知名度”及“装配工艺”等10个指标组成。进而利用熵权法进行了指标权重确定。在此基础上,利用南方电网公司实际案例对模型的科学性进行了评估,结果良好。

Abstract:At present, when conducting reverse logistics processing for power equipment, it is generally through auction, direct scrapping, and other forms, which fail to accurately assess the residual value of the equipment, and even evaluate the value based on the weight of raw materials, greatly underestimating the residual value of the equipment. This article systematically investigates the operation of power equipment in power enterprises, and based on a large amount of literature analysis, proposes that the value evaluation index system for reverse logistics of power equipment consists of 10 indicators including "appearance inspection", "electrical performance", "mechanical performance", "sealing performance", "operation duration", "failure rate and maintenance records", "defect rate and maintenance records", "completeness of invoices and contracts", "brand awareness", and "assembly process". Then, the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the indicators. On this basis, the scientificity of the model is evaluated using the actual case of China Southern Power Grid Corporation, and the results are good.
