中文摘要: 2021年12月国家发展和改革委员会建立了电网企业代理购电制度。对代理购电这一特殊制度下工商业电力用户用电特征的深入画像分析,将为电力电量预测、发用电计划安排、政策制度完善提供理论依据。本文获取了BJ地区分行业、分区域的代理购电工商业用户年度、月度、日度用电数据,以及与之匹配的气象、电价、经济等数据,通过对样本数据内外部特征值的提取,建立特征向量矩阵,利用聚类算法对样本群进行画像分析,并依据画像结果对实际生产工作进行指导。
Abstract:In December 2021,the National Development and Reform Commission established the power grid enterprise agent purchase system. The in-depth portrait analysis of the power consumption characteristics of industrial and commercial power users under the special system of power purchasing agent will provide theoretical basis for power forecasting, power generation planning and policy system improvement. This paper obtains the annual, monthly and daily electricity consumption data of industrial and regional electrician commercial users in BJ area, as well as the matching meteorological, electricity price, economic and other data. By extracting the internal and external characteristic values of the sample data, the eigenvector matrix is established, and the sample group is analyzed by using the clustering algorithm. And according to the results of the portrait, the actual production work is guided.
